pricing estimator in freight forwarding and clearing

Pricing estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and well thought estimates and quotes in the freight forwarding and clearing industry.

Understanding clients business needs and educate both internal and external clients

Must be able to analyze and interpret data to determine costs and to develop pricing strategies

Collaborte with sales and operations tesm to ensure accurate and timely estimates

Maintain and update a database of cost information and pricing

Communicate with clients to understand the requirements and needs in order to provide a tailored solution

Monitor market trends and adjusting estimates accordingly

Excellent adminastration skils and attention to detail is required

Ability to work under pressure

Proven experience in estimating in the freight forwarding and clearing

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities 

Computer literacy 

high level of organizational and time management skills

bachelors degree in logistics preferred
