About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer:Operations to support the business by analysing, designing,
and improving business processes across our operations. This role will work as a neutral facilitator with managers and
teams to eliminate waste, strengthen workflows, and embed continuous improvement. You will ensure efficiency,scalability,
and sustainability of operations while driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map, analyse, and redesign processes to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to ensure stakeholder buy-in and alignment.
  • Establish baseline data and track before-and-after improvements.
  • Deliver process improvement projects on time, within budget, and to required standards.
  • Embed Lean and continuous improvement practices across operations.
  • Drive adoption of redesigned processes through training, coaching, and change management.
  • Champion automation and digitisation opportunities to strengthen scalability and sustainability.
  • Maintain live dashboards, risk registers, and governance structures for process initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum); Black Belt advantageous.
  • Project management certification (Prince2, Agile, or PMP) beneficial.
  • 5+ years’ experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or operations excellence.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional process improvement and project delivery.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ERP/WMS, and process digitisation tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and focused on delivering measurable, sustainable improvements..
