Project Manager

A leader in the formwork market, specialising in steel and in situ concrete solutions for both the residential and commercial sectors is seeking for a Project Manager.

 Responsibilities include, but not be limited:

• Oversee and project manage 3 – 4 sites (residential)
• Engage with 6 – 7 Team Leaders (who oversee 7 – 8 staff each)
• Plan out orders of reinforcing steel
• Liaise with client, informing them when concrete will be cast, when steel will be done
• Liaise with steel fixing (in-house) to make arrangements
• Liaise with builders
• Handle issues on site and sort them out
• Coordinate the steel and concrete
• Visit sites every day

Qualifications:

• Don’t necessarily need a building qualification but must have the knowledge

Requirements and Experience:

• Have to have working knowledge construction sites, building and preferably formwork and steel reinforcing
• Must have experience in managing a construction site and working on site
• Supervisory experience
