This is a client-focused role dedicated to keeping our clients happy and their short-term rental properties well-maintained. As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties and working closely with our Operations, Guest Experience, and Maintenance teams to ensure every aspect of each property is cared for. Our ideal candidate is a strong team player who thrives in high-pressure situations, but can also work independently when navigating new challenges.
What you’ll be doing:
- Look after the properties in your portfolio like they are your own
- Make sure clients are happy and kept in the loop
- Identify risks and recurring issues, and resolve them promptly
- Coordinate with our various teams to keep properties looking awesome
- Handle monthly statements for your portfolio
- Monitor and optimise property performance
- Update and improve property listings
- Resolve any property issues quickly and efficiently
- Monitoring and approving expenses associated with your portfolio
- Work hard and be nice to people

- Based in Cape Town
- Experience in a client facing role (2+ yrs)
- You keep calm under pressure – you run towards the fire, not from it
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Crazy proactive, you solve the puzzle even when pieces are missing
- So detail oriented that this full stop drives you mad.
- Solution focused
- You give a shit about clients, guests and colleagues
- Experience in hospitality or property is a plus
