Quantity Surveyor

Meduim sized formwork company in Southern Suburbs is looking for a junior quantity surveyor.

The following are the minimum requirements:

1. Must have own transport to the office, Capricorn Park. A vehicle will be provided for site inspections during the day.

2. Must have valid SA driving licence.

3. Must have 2+ years working exxperience in the construction industry.

4. Must have site experience.

5. Must have clear understanding of formwork, reinforcing steel and concrete.

6. Must be able to measure off plans for formwork, reinforcing steel and concrete.

7. Must have understanding of a standard Bill Of Quantities.

8. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Email etc

9. Daily tasks: printing plans, measuring off plans,completing BOQ’s, submitting quotations/claims, site inspections for claims.
