Recruiter – Salesperson

Responsibilities:

Start as a candidate consultant and will need to grow and learn to become a 360 consultant

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
• Identifying candidates who fit the job description
• Learning interview skills and how to screen
• Learning the jargon and terms of the industry
• Learn the full 360 recruitment process
• Training will be provided and will be ongoing

Requirements:

• Completed degree – Preferably a Business degree but will consider BA, Law or similar
• 1 – 2 years working experience in a hard-core sales role
• Need to show a history of hitting targets and know their numbers
• A very good degree of computer literacy and knowledge of systems
