  • Develop the team through ongoing training in product tech, fitting, customer service, loss prevention, podiatry insights and sales skills
  • Ensure completion of all required Knowledge Pack modules within set time frames
  • Execute and follow up on Mystery Shopping action plans
  • Manage appraisals, inductions, rosters, eco-time, and lunch breaks effectively
  • Maintain professional standards: correct uniform, name badges and brand presentation at all times
  • Inventory & Merchandising
  • Review weekly sell-through and remerchandise or adjust replenishment levels as needed
  • Minimise shrinkage and maintain accurate stock records in the POS system
  • Oversee weekly and monthly/quarterly stock counts and resolve variances
  • Action markdowns as directed and manage negative stock reports with timely adjustments
  • Process all deliveries on the day of receipt – checking, tagging, pricing and capturing in the POS
  • Keep the storeroom organised, with top sellers easily accessible and product stored by line of business, gender and category to speed up replenishment
  • Store Operations & Administration
  • Follow the Operational Game Plan and close out weekly Store Audit action items
  • Ensure visual merchandising and windows are on-brand and aligned with store standards
  • Maintain a clean, well-presented store environment, including fitting rooms, lighting and music
  • Open and close the store securely and complete all end-of-day procedures
  • Reconcile cash, complete and sign daily banking books, and manage bank/drop of cash takings
  • Complete month-end stock receipts and sales performance reports accurately and on time
  • Control store expenses such as discounts, payouts, stationery, phone and cleaning
  • Ensure compliance with operational health and safety requirements
  • Order and manage essential stationery, receipt rolls and barcode labels
