We are seeking a friendly, organized Sales Coordinator to be the bridge between the Business Development Manager and the Sales Team, smoothly ensuring clients are served well.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Business Development Manager and the sales team to ensure execution of orders, correct client requirements and servicing of clients
- Coordinate leads, orders, sales and strategic priorities from the Business Development Manager to the sales team.
- Assist with proposal preparation, quotations, and tender documentation to support both business development and sales execution.
- Organise and participate in sales meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items and alignment on priorities.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer and sales information in CRM and reporting tools.
- Track sales progress and pipeline activity, providing regular updates to the Business Development Manager.
- Coordinate internal meetings and follow-ups, ensuring that tasks and action items are completed by the sales team.
- Facilitate the handover of new business opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for follow-up and relationship management.
- Coordinate the marketing information – There are a lot of technical sales brochures and content that needs to be managed and coordinated with the team – a huge database of it.

- Your standard working hours will 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 to 16:00 on Fridays—with the option to leave at 15:00 if work is completed
