Purpose of role:
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for fintech, field sales, and team empowerment? the company is looking for a Manager: Growth Executive to lead a dynamic regional team driving merchant acquisition, activation, and multi-product adoption across our powerful suite: Card, Cash, Capital, Software, and VAS. This is a field-first leadership role not desk-bound. Youll be in the trenches with your team, modelling excellence, closing deals, and building a high-performance culture that delivers real impact.
Main responsibilities:
Lead & Coach: Recruit, train, and energise sales Executives and Administrators.
Drive Results: Set targets, manage performance, and ensure consistent delivery of acquisition and activation goals.
Own the Region: Translate strategy into action, manage forecasts, and optimise pipeline health.
Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Engage Merchants: Lead from the front attend meetings, present solutions, and support deal closures.
Promote Learning: Ensure product certification and refresher training every 90 days.
Experience and qualification:
5-7 years in sales management or channel leadership (fintech/merchant services preferred).
Proven success in field-based leadership and direct sales.
Strong analytical, CRM, and reporting skills.
Bachelors in business, Commerce, or Marketing (preferred).
Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle frequent travel required.
