Sales Rep (Consruction/Access Equipment)

We are looking for a young, ambitious Construction Rental Representative who can grow with our company over the long term.

 Key Responsibilities

• Actively cold call and canvass new customers within the construction industry and others.
• Visit construction sites daily to identify rental opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, project managers, site agents, and procurement personnel.
• Grow existing accounts while continually developing new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction equipment rental sales or a similar construction-related sales environment.
• Existing relationships with major contractors and construction companies in the Western Cape would be a strong advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in access equipment rental would be ideal.
• Experience in scaffolding sales or rentals would be advantageous, as the customer base closely aligns with the access equipment industry.
• Experience in plant hire, formwork, temporary site services, or other construction-related sales will also be considered.
