Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

SPECIFICATION

The role of a Recruitment Researcher is to find suitable candidates for a client’s job vacancies; either by supporting Recruitment Consultants on individual roles, or working with other Researchers on larger contracts.

Responsibilities

• Search through applications if they meet a specific job spec
• Search through job portals you have access to (we will give you) to find the right candidate
• Do Boolean searches to find those unicorns
• Search through your own database for the right candidate
• Investigate different platforms to find all the right candidates
• Keep up to date on search, sourcing, and advertising to find the right candidates

Qualifications

• MUST have experience in recruitment (you need to understand the jargon)
• Preference for researching in recruitment
• MUST be passionate about finding people jobs
