The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working as part of a small, agile team, this role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent while meeting tight timelines and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle, in-house recruitment from briefing through to offer and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies

Proactively source mid- to senior-level talent using direct search, networks, and digital platforms

Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessments

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles

Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring deadlines

Ensure a professional, efficient candidate experience and accurate recruitment reporting
Key Skills & Experience:
-
Proven experience recruiting mid- to senior-level roles in a fast-paced environment – MUST have a stable career as a recruiter (no job hoppers!)
- Agency Generalist recruitment experience is advantageous

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure in a small-team setting

Commercial mindset with a strong focus on delivery and quality
