At Job Crystal, we don’t believe in just recruiting for the sake of recruiting. We know that the right job can change lives, which is why we’re always excited to catch up with our past candidates to see how they have grown in their careers since we placed them. It was especially rewarding to catch up with Reinardt, since he was an integral part of the Job Crystal Team in 2014/2015 in his role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
In 2016 we placed him as an In-House Recruiter at DigiOutsource and from there his career has grown from strength to strength. He was promoted into a Support HR Business Partner role in 2017, working his way skywards into a Junior HR Business Partner role and eventually to the Senior HR Business Partner position he holds today.
We are honoured we could play a part in his career triumphs so far and wish him every success in his career going forward. Seeing a member of the Job Crystal family thriving in their work is all the encouragement and motivation we need to continue changing more lives.
